Newsletter, November 4 – Q3 Update

Hello all. It’s Ben again.

Anyone else feeling the whiplash of going from Halloween to the holiday season? Perhaps it’s the condensation building on my windows from the colder air, but I have gotten confirmation from my family that the holiday hits are now playing at their local grocery store.

To think I witnessed one of the last pig races at Vala’s Pumpkin Patch only a few days ago…

Regardless of how you feel about the shift, the approaching end of the year means it’s time to provide a third quarter update on venture capital activity in Nebraska.

SPN once again reached out to Invest Nebraska to gather a list of VC deals from PitchBook and their own insights as investors in the ecosystem. The data reveals a story of follow-up investments for familiar faces, as well as the work of accelerator programming in and out of the state.

Check out the story on SPN while snacking on the Halloween candy the kids didn’t want. (Or the candy they didn’t know about. I fully support your choices.)
