Today, we’re releasing the eighth presentation in our video series from Big Omaha 2010! This video features Big Omaha 2009 returnee Jason Fried, co-founder of Chicago-based 37signals, makers of small business collaboration and CRM software. Fried is also the co-author of the New York Times best seller “REWORK.”

Fried’s talk addresses 10 things he’s learned over the years in his work, including his take on bootstrapping, pricing, and innovative versus usefulness. His philosophy on conducting business differently has been mentioned time and time again in conversations I’ve had with attendees of Big Omaha or those that have read “REWORK.”

Make sure to tell Jason thanks for supporting Big Omaha since its inception in 2009, and his continued friendship and support of the Silicon Prairie community. You can find him on Twitter: @jasonfried.

Big Omaha is Silicon Prairie News’ premier annual event held each May to inspire, educate and connect entrepreneurs, especially those with an interest in the tech industry. Big Omaha 2011 will be held May 11-13, 2011 at KANEKO.
