Mike Templeton is a familiar face in the technology and entrepreneurial circles around Des Moines having played a significant role in several projects such as Flaggpole, Microblink, and What the Hashtag?!. We had the chance to sit down recently and discuss one of his projects that’s picking up a lot of steam: TechSentry.

TechSentry is an information source sharing technology stories from around the state of Iowa. Their goals include providing a forum to get the statewide tech community at all levels — from freelancers, to startups, to established corporations — talking with each other, as well as to provide conduits to make connections and ensure visibility of events.

We’re proud to hear Mike say that SPN was a partial influence in this endeavor and we look forward to seeing more from TechSentry in the future.
