Raising capital for a startup business can be complex and time consuming. This conference will cover all of the major steps and subjects necessary to successfully capitalize your business.

Startup Drinks – Tuesday, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.  

Des Moines – Amici Espresso (206 6th Ave.)

A simple concept: startup culture in cities around the world gathers around a bar to have a pint and discuss what they are working on, what they need help with and what they can do for each other.

Cornstalks – Thursday, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Omaha – CAMP Coworking in the the Mastercraft Building (1111 N. 13th St.).

Run by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Cornstalks is a monthly forum for individuals interested in high-growth entrepreneurship. The event, which is free to attend, will begin with refreshments and networking at 6:30 and continues with Milligan’s presentation at 7:30.

The i2iowa Investors and Innovators Forum is the culmination of a two-day showcase of Iowa technology. The day prior to i2iowa, the Technology Association of Iowa will be holding a Pitch & Grow, as well as the Prometheus Awards that evening at Veterans Memorial Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center.
