Dundee Venture Capital is doubling down on Minnesota startup Cympel. After accepting the company into its Straight Shot accelerator earlier this year––the program kicks off next week––news came Monday that the Omaha VC firm has invested an additional $125,000 into the startup. “We look for startups that bring a balance of big ideas and get-it-done gumption,” Dundee founder Mark Hasebroock told TECHdotMN. “That said the investment in Cympel was, to be frank, simple.” Cympel is one of seven startups in the inaugural class of Straight Shot, which gives participants $20,000 in exchange for 6 percent equity. — Source: TECHdotMN
