Web Programmer – Firespring (Lincoln)

Seminar Coordinator – Firespring (Lincoln)

In this position, you will call on small to medium sized business owners, inviting them to attend educational seminars, both online and in market. All leads are provided and no direct selling is required. This is a fast paced position that requires someone with excellent communication skills and likes to have fun. The person in this position will make calls from the Firespring headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. The hours for this position are flexible between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., no weekends, no evenings and no travel required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Employee’s primary focus is that of telephone-related introduction of Company products and services to prospective customers.
  • Setting appointments for Company sales agents.
  • Invite prospects to attend educational seminars.
  • Make confirmation calls to registrants of seminar/Webinars to increase attendance.
  • Make follow up calls to no shows for Webinar/Seminar events.
  • Work closely with sales team for input and feedback to attain the best results possible.
  • Interface with sales team to ensure consistent communication.
  • Participate in scheduled sales meetings.
  • Participate in any product related meetings.
  • Provide weekly updates regarding progress and success of efforts.

Web Designer – NorthStar Financial Services Group (Omaha)

Northstar Financial Services Group, LLC is the holding company for several financial services firms.

The Web Designer coordinates and implements the continuous development and day to day improvement of the website for NorthStar Financial Services Group, LLC (“NorthStar”), and its affiliated companies. The Web Designer is responsible for working with content contributors.

Essential Functions:

  • Represent NorthStar in daily communications with individual users of the website
  • Respond to requests and suggestions, provide further information, and assist users
  • Solicit feedback, comments, criticism from users, with an eye towards understanding and improving their experience on the website
  • Manage data of all NorthStar website contacts
  • Execute the production of marketing and advertising projects which promote NFS to key partners, clients and prospects
  • Create the design and layout of websites and marketing materials
  • Exhibit project management and follow-up skills in order to ensure projects are completed accurately, timely and within budget constraints
  • Establish relationships and communicate with outside vendors
  • Show proactive problem solving techniques during crisis situations
  • Initiate creative ideas including marketing and public relation campaigns which can be executed either internally and externally
