Today, we’re releasing the last presentation in our video series from Big Omaha 2010! This video features Tony Hsieh, Zappos CEO and author of the New York Times bestseller “Delivering Happiness“. When Tony confirmed that he’d be able to make Big Omaha 2010, we all knew we were in for a treat.
Tony shared many of the details around what has made the Zappos organization a case study for how to enable an amazing sense of company culture and loyalty. Some of the areas he discussed include how Zappos pays new employees $2,000 to quit, the goal in making customer service the responsibility of the entire company, not just a single department, and their focus on company culture as the #1 priority.
