If you’ve got a high level of understanding and abilities within traditional design fundamentals — such as layout and grid systems, use of color, typography, iconography, imagery, and modern interaction design, Web-standards based development and experience working with database-driven CMS — you’d be a good fit at our agency. Rebel Interactive is interactive agency specializing in branding, websites, and videos, currently looking to add a full-time web developer to our team.

Who we want: someone who is capable of developing, testing, and launching websites with PHP and MySQL under the hood — you must, absolutely and without a doubt, know PHP and MySQL. It would be really swell if you knew Joomla or another content management system.

We’re a social bunch, so you have to be really great with people — even better if you know how to wow clients with simplified ways to talk about techy stuff. An understanding of good design wouldn’t hurt. Tattoos are a plus.
