Prompted by one of William Fisher‘s guest posts and regular offline discussions I’ve had regarding the need for more feedback, especially the honest and direct feedback Fisher calls for, we’ve begun to assemble a regional Feedback List. Individuals who are either willing to provide feedback or who are looking to receive feedback are encouraged to sign up.
On Wednesday, we’ll publish the first iteration of the Feedback List which will simply list out the names and details of each participant. In the future, depending on your feedback to us, we may look to do something more, such as a permanent list housed on Silicon Prairie News.
You can sign up for the list by using this Google Form: “Feedback Form.”
Learn more about this effort in our July 6 post: “Where do you go for honest and direct feedback?“

Here’s a preview of a few entries collected so far:
Looking for feedback
- “I am looking for general insight into viability, features, focus, sales advice… I have a product that is being tested by 60 or so users and would like to figure out how to start the selling process with the best chance of success.”
- “likely will be looking for feedback on growth strategies and hiring”
Willing to give feedback
- “I can give general technical feed back and feasibility for ideas. More specifically I have expertise in mobile development and strategy and web software as a service.”
- “I’ve been in tech running projects, selling solutions, building things, leading teams and companies (including one listed on NASDAQ) for almost 23 years. I have a wide range of experience and what I hope is an informed opinion. One of the things I like to share is Agile Product development. But I also run a start-up, so I wear all the hats.”
- “Venture investor willing to provide feedback to companies as to where I think they are at and what they need to do to be investable, as well as general thoughts on business model etc.”
