To those of you who still believe you have plenty of time to start your search for the perfect gift, to those who are already wrapped up next to a fire embracing the holiday spirit and to everyone in between, our team wishes you a very merry holiday, surrounded by family, friends and those who you love most.

Over the holidays, our team also will be taking a moment to spend some time with friends and family, so we asked Analog to look after things while we’re away. He’s been a bit reflective these past few weeks, which got us thinking about all of you. So keeping with that sentiment, here are a few articles that we’ve queued up for the holiday break, looking back at 2013 and forward to the new year:

  • “Introducing the 13 most read Silicon Prairie News stories of 2013” (Dec. 30)
  • “Without further ado, the most read SPN story of the year is…” (Dec. 31)
  • “Looking ahead to tech trends and the top stories of 2014” (Jan. 1)

Speaking of 2014, as we look forward to the new year, we couldn’t help but have a little fun to close out 2013. Using #SPAnalog, the creator of the most clever holiday tweet, Facebook post or Instagram picture through Dec. 25 will find something special in the mail from Analog himself.

Until 2014, happy new year to all and to all a goodnight.
