Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Seed Here Studio announced today it will partner with Revolution and UP Global to present the “Rise of the Rest” road tour with AOL co-founder Steve Case.
While the four-day, four-city tour won’t stop in the Silicon Prairie, co-founders Amanda Styron and Andy Stoll say the trip helps continue Seed Here’s mission of fostering startup communities across the country. Rise of the Rest will stop in Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Nashville from June 24-27.
In each city along the way, the tour will host a number of community events as well as a pitch competition where winners can earn up to $100,000 in potential investment from Case.
