Big Kansas City returns to its 2013 venue, Hangar 9 at the National Airline History Museum, for year two.

Maybe it’s best to not think of Big Kansas City 2014 as a conference, but instead a celebration of the progress and determination of the builders, collaborators and innovators that make up our community. The first glimpse of Big Kansas City 2014 on June 27 came with the release of this year’s identity, crafted by Kansas City’s own Cremalab.

Tomorrow at 11 a.m., we’re excited to release the first round of our speaker announcements in tandem with the launch of early-bird tickets. The first of three batches, individuals will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for $399. This limited batch won’t be around for long, so jump on the discount before tickets bump up to $499 next week.

For those joining our extended family at this year’s event, look forward to regular releases on everything from speakers to parties to venues to pop-up events, and so much more. We can’t wait to keep building on what the community started last year!

See you at the Hangar in October to celebrate our community’s progress—sharing ideas, co-creating experiences and inspiring altered landscapes.
