Wisconsin-based social animation application company Dodle has raised $446,000 angel funding in a
deal led by Bruce Hawley. Mike Sanders also participated in the round. The company has raised $2.75
million to date.
The company was founded in 2014 by Craig Doriot and Patti Pirkey and has 18 employees. It is located
in Combined Locks, Wisconsin.
The company dubs itself “a social media universe” in which users can interact with other users to create
content and share projects. Dodles’ application, with its graphics, image editors, and color simulators, is
designed to help users create custom animated characters and scenes using their own content or by
collaborating with others.
