We’re getting so close to the Silicon Prairie Awards that we can almost feel the weight of those Golden Analogs in our hands. But we’d have nothing to celebrate and no one to pass those Analogs off to if it wasn’t for the tremendous support we receive from our communities.

We helped organize a bus from Omaha, sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, and were excited to see efforts from Lincoln and Iowa come together to help get as many people as possible down to Kansas City for the third annual Awards.

While spots are filling up quickly, there’s still time to figure out your travel plans before Thursday. Whether you’re coming from Nebraska or Iowa, you can find everything you need to know about getting to the Silicon Prairie Awards below.

The Details

Omaha: Interested in joining the Omaha crew on the drive down to KC? We helped organize a bus, sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, to help get you there. Right now there’s still 25 seats left—if you want to put your butt in one of them, you can register online for $5. The bus will leave Omaha at 3:30 p.m. from the Crossroads Mall and depart Kansas City 30 minutes after the Awards show ends, which should be roughly 9:30 p.m.

Lincoln: From a little farther west, NMotion’s Brian Ardinger has helped wrangle a group of entrepreneurs interested in attending this year’s Silicon Prairie Awards. In order to secure a sponsorship from the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development for a bus, Brian got 50 people to sign up for the trek in just 30 minutes. The Lincoln bus will leave from the Railyard in the Haymarket at 2 p.m. While the bus is full, there’s currently a wait list you can join by emailing the LPED’s Christina Bartels.

Iowa: While there won’t be a bus headed to the Awards from the Hawkeye State, a crowd from the Creative Corridor is making the drive down to KC on Thursday. Want to carpool or join the caravan? Shoot David Tominsky a note.

Just look for the charter bus in the parking lot nearest Dodge St. Near this marker: http://imgur.com/bXXfq9V
