I had the opportunity to catch up with David Graff, CEO of Agile Sports Technologies, while in Lincoln and he shared with me some of the amazing impact their company has already made in a relatively short time.

Agile Sports was founded in February 2006 by Graff, Brian Kaiser and John Wirtz, and was officially incorporated in May 2006 to “address the changing battlefield in sports.”

[Agile Sports’] mission is to bring together talented, passionate technology leaders and put them on the front lines with the world-class sports organizations to develop solutions that enable teams at all levels to reach their full potential.

Agile is one company we’ve been very interested in covering because of the innovative products that the team is churning out to adapt to market demands as well as building for new verticals outside of football.

Among the numerous press mentions Agile has received over the last year or so, one of the bigger ones was the New York Times’ coverage of their partnership with the New York Jets, who adopted Agile Sports’ Hudl product. It’s easy to see why guys like Jeff Raikes, CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and former Microsoft executive, is a strong believer, as well as investor, in the company.

We’ll have more to come in the following months from the team at Agile Sports Technologies, and until then, take a few moments to listen to David share more about the company and what’s ahead!
