Earlier today, we reported Sprint acquired Handmark and its subsidiary, OneLouder. But we haven’t been along for the entire journey like the Kansas City Business Journal. Reporter Alyson Raletz put together a timeline showing how the deal coalesced, including the fact it took almost four months to go from a handshake agreement to today’s public announcement. Founded in 2000, Handmark today is a far cry from its earliest aspirations, shifting from Palm OS software development to creating mobile apps and advertising. — Source: Kansas City Business Journal
